Chocolate oh Chocolate!!

 
Mmmmmmmm....did you likes chocolate?


I'll eat anything! As long as it's chocolate~~

I think most of you likes chocolate right???
Chocolate is made from beans that grow in pods on the cocoa tree. The beans are dried, roasted and then ground to give a paste known as chocolate liquor. This liquor is then processed further to give up what we know as chocolate.

Life is like a box of chocolates - full of nuts!

~Chocolate is not just for breakfast~

It is good as a medicine food when you’re feeling stress depression. It is such a cheaper therapy and you don't need waste your time to make an appointment for a therapy section. 



The best things in life are chocolate!!







Here I want to share some facts about chocolate:
  • It's like a medicine - an anti-depressant.
  • Chocolate smell causes a reaction in the brain that result in relaxation.
  • It contains phenyl ethyl-amine, which is a mood elevator. Eating chocolate causes certain   endocrine glands to secrete hormones that affect your feelings and behavior by making you happy.
  • Scientists believe that when you eat chocolate, a chemical is released in your body that produces the same feeling as when you are in love.
  • Your stress-free life helps you maintain a youthful disposition, both physically and mentally.

Eat chocolate when you are stress. It is good in turn reducing your stress depression. Stress wouldn't be so hard to take if it were chocolate covered...=) So why not you try it! May be it gonne give impact on you reducing your stress. (^_*)

There are some health risks associated with chocolate, which can compound if you over-indulge. Therefore, if you eat chocolate in moderation, it is not at all bad for your health. But overeating chocolate can cause lower bone density and headaches. In addition, the added sugar and saturated fat can contribute to weight gain.
